“I reached out to this company using the online questionnaire and was truly bless to receive a phone call form James Rock from the moment he began to chat to me about the process and my beloved motorhome I truly know I was speaking to a genuinely nice good chap, he was friendly, listened and supportive it’s a massive decision to sell a beloved item but in my heart I knew it was time to let Merlin, our motorhome find a new adventurer, James phones and gave me a quotation in principle and then a few days later Vaughan came to appraise he too is a lovely chap…. I know how fantastic my motorhome is and didn’t have any worries showing him off in all his glory we did have a little hiccup and Vaughan’s machine found some evidence as damp in the garage which we had no clue and no evidence by the naked eye, James then negotiated and I get it it’s an expensive item and the team will be bearing the costs too and after some thought time we decided to sell - I can say from the bottom of my heart that this is a genuinely lovely company to deal with payment was within minutes and then I cried and waved Merlin off and they were all so sweet and supportive all the best for the future guys Hayley and Dale Chester Leicester”

“So very pleased with the service we received from We Buy Used Motorhomes. James was very courteous and explained the process in detail. His valuation was fair and we decided to proceed with the sale. Good communications with assessor Vaughan who arrived as arranged. Again very courteous and engaging. Assessment was completed and the money was transferred immediately. A good experience and a hassle free way to sell a motorhome in a changing market.”

“After a very friendly chat with James about selling our motorhome and getting a valuation a date was made to view and agree the sale. On the day agreed the motorhome was checked, the price agreed and within about 5 minutes money was transferred into bank and then motorhome was taken away. Worked for us very well”

“Painless and straightforward process for selling your motorhome. Over the phone you agree a price with James, based on your description of your motorhome and subject to an inspection. Obviously you decide if the amount offered is acceptable. If it is then agree a date for the inspection. Meet the inspector who then reviews the motorhome. We met Andy who was thorough but fair and he discussed what he was doing and what he found. He then confirms to James the condition of the motorhome who then confirms to you the offer. With us he did revise down a bit because they would have to change the mattress which was fair enough it was 10 years old! If you agree then he takes your bank account details and transfers the money there and then. 5 minutes you check your account and confirm that it has arrived. It is worth bearing in mind that you need to be able to check your account from the location you are in. If not you will have to sort out, James how that works before the inspection, because alongside Andy is a driver who when you agree that you have the money will drive the motorhome away. Even when you expect that to happen it is still a slightly unreal process and you need to make sure you have removed everything you want to retain from the motorhome. And that is it a straightforward and painless process. Thank you JAmes.”
