“From the moment I rang we buy used Motorhomes I felt I was in good hands James was very courteous polite and professional when the assessor came out he found a couple of issues which we didn’t know were there but he talked us through it and we could see the problem which did reflect on the price that James had first offered but at the same time he was very fair and we was more than happy money was transferred in a few minutes I would thoroughly recommend the whole process so easy no stress thank you”

“I can recommend this company without reservation. It’s an easy and quick way to sell and I was happy with the price I sold for. They gave me a price over the phone. They came out within days, spent an hour checking it over. They were happy to buy at the agreed price. Within minutes the money was in my bank account and away they went. They were very professional in all their dealing and trustworthy.”

“It was a tough decision to sell my motorhome but contacted james at we buy used motorhomes. I appreciated the honesty from him from the start. the assessors who came out i found to be open, honest , and walked me through issues that they had found which i wasnt aware of. I agreed that there would be a differnece in the original quote and was happy at the speedy deposit of funds and the professionalism of james and the assesors, i would highly recomend”

“I expected Aldi but got Waitrose. From start to finish the process was smooth. I am sure there are many "sharks" in this business, however I found James to be upfront and honest, a complete gentleman. Communication and documentation was excellent. We weren't offered as much as we initially expected, but the make-up of the offer was made clear and reasons were given as to why our expectations were not realistic. I think we reached a fair deal. The guys who turned up (a couple of days after me contacting WBUM) to survey and collect the van were extremely knowledgeable and professional, well turned out and courteous. We were paid before the van left our driveway. If you want the maximum money for your van chose to sell privately, if like us you don't want strangers visiting or to be messed about then I'd recommend We Buy Used Motorhomes.”

“From start to finish the service we received was professional. We submitted the online form and 5 days later our motorhome was collected and the money transferred. They instructed an independent engineer to inspect our van, the report was given to WBUM and payment then made. It was very straightforward and James kept us advised at every stage. We would recommend them.”

“On the day very pleased with how things were handled. Took them about 30 mins to do all the checks on the vehicle. I then got a phone call from James confirming the price and requesting my bank details. 5 minutes later the money was in my account and they were on the way. All in all a pleasant experience dealing with people who were polite and friendly.”
