“The process was straight forward , once a price was agreed , inspection was arranged 48hours later and money transferred that day , overall very easy to deal with .”

“Due to ill health, we had reluctantly decided to sell our caravan, but didn't know where to start. Danny and his engineer Ashley made what was a daunting procedure seamless. Ashley reported a small fault with the caravan to us and reduced the amount they offered, but it was only by a small amount. The money was in our account within a few minutes of us agreeing with their revised offer. Both Danny and Ashley were friendly, whilst maintaining their professionalism, and we highly recommend them.”

“From the initial contact to the handover, Danny was efficient and courteous, and explained the process in detail. Lewis, his associate, who came to evaluate our caravan, was thoroughly charming and helped to save our day due to an oversight on our part. Whilst you do get trade value for your caravan, if it is a quick, straightforward sale you are after then I would absolutely recommend Danny and his company.”

“I was a bit disappointed at the start as I had to chase my online application but as soon as I started talking to Danny everything ran smoothly. I started talking on a Thursday and the van was collected on Monday. Andy who picked up the van did a very diligent inspection and did find some issues I never knew about. As such Danny and I came to a new agreement, money was transferred to my bank and within 5 minutes we waved goodbye to the van. Overall very good service.”

“From the off Danny was very easy to talk to and clear about the process. We agreed a provisional price and collection time. A gentleman called Tim called me in advance on the day of collection to confirm his arrival time and as good as his word, arrived to the minute! During Tim's inspection of the van he found a couple of damp areas that were a concern that I was unaware of. Danny was very apologetic and understanding when dealing with this but unfortunately, this then meant the purchase price offer was amended downward accordingly. Whilst I was disappointed with the eventual price received, this does not reflect badly on WBTC at all. I feel I was treated fairly and can recommend them to anyone who is considering selling.”
