“From first contact everything was explained as to how things were organised. Examiner arrived at the stated time and again explained the procedure. Once the examination was complete and he was satisfied the caravan was as I had described it, the finance was settled and remainder was in my account within 15 minutes. Everyone I spoke with were very friendly and professional.”

“A very friendly and straight forward process. It consisted of an initial discussion over the phone explaining the condition of the caravan and agreeing a price in principal. We agreed on a time for inspection and an independent inspector came to us (at the exact time agreed) and went over the caravan. He talked me through the things he had found which where unfortunately quite serious and then he spoke with Danny at WBTC who called me back and we talk again about the price. The price offered was a lot less than I'd hoped for but the issues were proven in a completely transparent manner, the offer was fair and there was no pressure to accept. I decided to sell and I am happy with my decision.”

“Very Apprehensive about selling caravan, but the service was excellent. Danny was very reasuring over the phone and filled us with confidence. In less the 7 days it was sold. They offered us a good price. Keiran who met us at the storage facility was lovely, very polite and helpful. All in all a very stress free handover. Thank you to everyone involoved. “We have just sold our Sterling Eccles SE, Quartz using WBTC. From first contact through to collection the process was simple and straightforward. Danny was able to give an instant quote over the phone and just a few days later Ben arrived to inspect and collect. The inspection was very thorough but fair and after a small price adjustment the deal was completed, money transferred instantly and caravan has now moved on to pastures new.
