“Since the initial contact with WBTC the process has been very slick and I would highly recommend the service. We were given a very good price for our caravan and it was collected within 5 days. “From first phone call to caravan pick up, We Buy Touring Caravans have been extremely professional, polite and helpful. At no point was there any pressure to sell. Filling out the online form was easy, taking just a few minutes, we then received a phone call a day later and were given a quote which we felt was a fair quote for the convenience of not having to privately sell our caravan. Danny explained the whole process about coming to pick up the van and that the price quoted to us already would stand on the day of pick up, they wouldn't knock us down on pick up day, after checks the payment would be made to our account and then the caravan towed away. This is just how it worked out. John who picked the van up was very polite and professional, and the handover happened just as we were told it would. If you are looking to sell your caravan and want to use this method we couldn't recommend We Buy Touring Caravans enough, a smooth, quick and simple process!”

“Everyone here provided a great service. At a time that was very difficult with my father dying, Danny and the inspector that came to view the caravan, treated me with kindness and were very professional. The price did have to be reduced on inspection from the original one quoted due to some damp, however, they were very regretful at having to do so. The team have been really respectful at all times and whilst I have been liasing with them, they were easy to get hold of, very prompt with responses and a really quick turnaround. The process was really straight forward and fast! I would definitely recommend. Thanks”
