“Quick to respond to our initial enquiry , quoted a price and gave us time to consider our options. Danny very helpful and patient with all my husband's questions. Once we had decided to go ahead the uplift of the caravan happened within 2 days by a friendly Andy. Money was transferred into our account within 2 minutes of Andy's inspection report.Less stress than trying to sell privately.”

“I have received a very good service by both the office and John who came to look at my caravan. The van needed some damp repair work carrying out but despite this , I was provided a very good quote. Thanks.”

“Dealt with Danny on the price. His staff came and inspected the caravan and quoted price agreed. The agreed price was into my bank within twenty minutes. Caravan removed by his staff very efficiently, a very impressive service.”

“We have just waved goodbye to what was to be our 'forever' caravan and our future holidays. Sadly my wife was diagnosed with cancer before Christmas, everything changed. We knew touring would not be an option, I need to sell the caravan without any hassle. Danny and the team did just that for us, all in under a week. Price agreed, trade in value, in the bank 30 minutes after an inspection by the collecting agent. “Following my online enquiry, communication with the Sales Director was quick and straightforward. An inspection was arranged, the inspector was friendly, helpful and thorough,. A final price was agreed , the payment made into my bank and the caravan taken away. WBTC were much more responsive than others contacted.”

“Very impressed with the prompt evaluation and asssesment of my caravan and a pleasure to do buisness with a company that are very honest in their dealing with their customers and actually have time to listen and taken on board their customer requirements gave me a fair and honest price for my caravan and any defects they took the time to point out and show you so that you could see it was genuine very impressed overall with the very good customer service i recieved and i would recomend any potential sellers to give them a call first also impressed with the prompt payment into my bank and they took time to call back to make sure all the transaction took place and be completed 5 stars from me”
