“The company were very fair in pricing and very efficient in the the way we were dealt with. We were given an initial valuation based on the condition of our caravan, which was surprisingly high for a dealer. A thorough inspection was then promptly carried out which revealed major problems with the caravan that we had not foreseen. The issues were pointed out in detail and evidenced by the independent inspector. Although we were then disappointed that our caravan was then valued much lower, the company and all involved were very professional and genuine and we were happy to accept their reduced offer”

“Good communication. Did actually up the payment as we had made a slight error on information we gave. When collection made, friendly man. Then after caravan checked over the money was straight in the bank. Obviously you don't get the same amount of money if you sold privately but it was simple to do and no hassle.”

“I sold the caravan after loosing my Darling Husband. I dealt with Danny on the phone and he understood my situation and was sympathetic. Danny suggested I had someone with me when the caravan was collected and I'm really pleased I took his advice. Ashley arrived on time and inspected the caravan dealing with my son. I spoke to Danny on the phone and the money went straight into my bank account. They made what could have been an extremely distressing experience as simple as possible. Thank you.”

“We found WBTC to be honest, upfront and professional at all stages of a slick transaction. Highly recommend. You may be able to sell your caravan for a few extra pounds. Personally I would rather take the stress, and time out of the caravan selling process and understand that they also need to make a living after their vat, admin, accountants, tax, wages and every other hidden cost associated with running a business right.
