“The process was extremely comfortable, the price agreed on the phone was the price I got. they viewed on collecting it, and the money was in my bank before they departed with my van. I spoke to chap named simon over the phone to agree a price, who was not pushy in anyway, he explained, if I still chose to sell it private rather than through them what I needed to do. Really pleased with the service.”

“Very professional on telephone and when gentlemen came to inspect our van. He did a very thorough check and unfortunately found a couple of faults that we had not noticed. The price offered was adjusted accordingly, but still saved us all the hassle of a private sale. Would certainly recommend.”

“Overall very pleased with the process. Caravan had some damage which they took into accounti n the offer to buy. Price offered was reasonable. Very efficient, quote and collection done within a week. They checked the caravan on arrival and money was transferred immediately, only when it showed in our account did they hitch up and take the caravan. Friendly and efficient service.”
