“The process was very straightforward and WBTC were a pleasure to do business with. At all times we felt we were dealing with a reputable company that would give us a fair price and honour their initial quotation without searching for reasons to reduce it. Danny in the WBTC office was very professional and friendly and we quickly arranged a date and time for the caravan inspection. Ashley from a dealership was equally professional and pleasant and the sale was concluded with the minimum of fuss. I am so pleased we decided to go with WBTC rather than another company who did not inspire the same confidence.”

“Informative, polite and efficient from start to finish, WBTC made this a very straightforward process. As an ongoing business, the price offered is a trade price and obviously lower than a private sale or retail would command, nevertheless I was expecting this to be the case and Danny was completely transparent about the fact from the outset. Dealing with both Danny and Alan was a pleasure, the ease of the process made the price worth the minimal time taken from my busy schedule. Playing out as fully explained by Danny beforehand, the day of the sale went like clockwork and the pre-agreed money was in my bank account before handing over the keys. Thank you for your efforts to achieve this level of service.”

“Very good company to deal with. Entered our caravan details and a few days later Danny called with a valuation. We accepted and a 5 days later a guy came to check over the caravan and check that what we had claimed about the caravan was correct. The money was instantly transferred and the caravan taken. Thanks for a seamless transaction.”

“Very pleased with this service from all involved, particularly Danny and Ben who were professional and courteous throughout. Once the caravan had been checked and the price confirmed, the money was in my account within minutes and the caravan was on its way. I might have got a little more cash advertising it privately, but I would have hated the delay and uncertainty incurred by doing that.
