“Generally easy to use service. Parcel was easy to prepare for collection and instructions were straightforward. Minor criticism would be waiting for collection as this is not scheduled but rather given a day to pick from, and this can mean unnecessary waiting around. I would be inclined to use the 'drop-off' option in future.”

“Seamless transaction. Item picked up from door when they said they would. Kept me fully informed as to progress and cleared funds to bank account. No hassle with waiting for a cheque and then having to pay in it at a bank that is actually still open. Have used many times in the past and will continue to do so.”
