“Excellent service, and it was easy to sell my books by scanning barcodes and receiving instant quote. Books were collected by courier and money paid quickly. Have no hesitation in recommending this company”

“This was the first time I had done anything like this. I found it very good. The app worked well (scannin), the labels were prompt, the collection happened exactly as described. The updates were good and the money was promptly paid. Thank you, I will be using this service again.”

“Webuybooks is a super convenient service to help clear out clutter I have in a sustainable way - in my opinion it's a lot better to pass things on than to just straight out recycle, and these guys make it so easy! If there's a hitch they have a super friendly and helpful support line!”

“They offer a good price and are very efficient, i was surprised at the number of books they were unable to take. I had to downsize my books of over 1000 and they probably took about 10% which was disappointing.”

“I bought a book from them described as clean with some annotations (Alejo Carpentier's El reino de este mundo) The book is heavily annotated from page 1 to 74 (out of 153. When I sent photos to prove it, hoping it'd be a quick transaction – just an understandable miss checking from their side, I got two emails saying they could not see the photos despite them being sent in the regular jpg format. I honestly think that book, in that state, should be on sale and I don't think they managed customer service very well in this instance. I don't doubt they are a good company and I hope this serves to be more thoroughly next time. I'd add photos here but it's not giving me the option.
