“Quick and simple way to sell unwanted books. Only not 5 stars because I rearranged collection but the courier still turned up at the original time, and then again at the new time! I sent a message via the app about the first time offer that I forgot to use and no-one ever replied.”

“The driver failed to pick up the books as he went to the wrong building. I was told the driver would not call me in such situation, which puzzles me: why would they rather waste their time than simply make a phone call? Also, I have not received the payment nearly two weeks after the books were taken away.”
