“WebuyBooks process the order quickly. The only part that let us down was Hermes, they didnt even attempt to pick the books up, then just say they attempted but didn't. Ended up dropping them off at a locker. Yet I still got 'pick up attempt' emails, even though they confirmed a locker drop off! Please consider a different courier service.”

“very good company let down by hermes collection. They pay very quickly with fair book assessments but we ended up having to take parcel to drop off shop after requesting collection.Hermes turned up 4 days after requested date hence only 4 star review and not 5”

“It is good to get rid of some books but there are so many that are not accepted that it gets a bit tedious and when you do accept you pay very little!”

“Easy to use website and immediate decision on which books they will accept. Despatch taken care of through courier firm. Prompt payment on receipt of books We Buy Books offered better prices than others I looked at.”

“Selling process on the app was very quick and easy. Price paid for my books was much better than on other websites. I was able to post my parcel locally. I opted to have payment by cheque which arrived very soon after my books received. Very pleased with Webuybooks and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Will definitely be my first option when I have more to sell.”
