“Useful website to recycle old books however two issues with the service; There is a basic flaw in the "Sell your items" application. If an ISBN number is entered that results in the message "Sorry, we are not currently accepting this item" being displayed then this occurs every time other ISBN numbers are entered. Immensely frustrating and only resolved by deleteing any/all items in the Selling Basket, logging out, clearing the browser cache and logging back in again to start a new session. Not great, rather difficult to use. Also takes far too long from when packaged books are received to making payment and it being received in sellers account. I started trying to use We Buy Books so that hopefully someone may get use or enjoyment form our old books, rather than them ending up in landfill, so its not about the money offered for books.”

“It's very easy to scan the books although the scanner gets a bit excited and over does it! By this I mean it will scan anything in range before you're ready to point it and it doesn't always wait until the barcode is in Focus. Once you've got some books ready easy enough to pack up and take to the post office for free postage or if needed they will collect it is easy and a good way of recycling books”

“Brilliant - easy service to use, the app's great and gives instant valuation. Collection by evri can be sporadic (one shipment got ruined in the rain due to lack of collection, so lost out on that) but that's no reflection on this company. I've used a few different apps, this is by far the best, most convenient, pays best and is efficient. Highly recommended.”

“This is a good service for offloading books to support our charity, but the timescale can be too short for generating £5 worth when some books only garner 15p, please consider lengthening that timeframe.”
