“I guess it does what it says on the tin but why do you have to make it so difficult with your awkward, clunky page for listing books? New design is even worse than the old one. I don't know why I'm writing this since you never take any notice”

“Easy to use, easy to send off, no issues -much easier compared to Ziffit where the courier collection system did not work. But, fewer books were accepted as sellable overall compared to Ziffit. So good to use both if you can be bothered”

“This is a great service to use if you want to get rid of your books and know that they will be reused. It is not good value for money as books are bought at prices as low as 15p and then resold for many times that value on Amazon etc but it is very convenient if you can get together enough books to qualify for a courier pick up. So, if you need to get rid of some books conveniently and don’t mind getting lots of cash in return it’s a fair deal.”
