“The app is simple to use. When you have selected your books and cds to sell, there is an option for you to print out the label or gave it sent to you. I opted for dropping off the box to the nearest point to send it by post. It took a few weeks, but I got the money in my account as soon as they confirmed the box had arrived. All in all excellent way to get rid of extra clutter and turn it into cash.”

“Excellent service. I recently sold some 140 books to them and the only difficulty was that Hermes mislaid the parcels. Webuybooks still paid me and then would followed it up with Hermes. Everybody I spoke to on the phone was efficient and pleasant.”

“Did a big sort out of books using three different apps. WeBuyBooks was very efficient and simple to use, giving comparatively favourable prices for many items. The process of trading was also easy and we received the full amount indicated in the app within 3-4 days. The only minor issue is that only books with barcodes were accepted. I had loads of older books with only ISBN numbers, which were largely accepted by another app, with some good prices.”

“First time I have used this company and I will definitely use again. Easy process to follow from loading the barcode to packing up the books. Very good prices offered and I appreciated having the box picked up from my doorstep.”

“I think that you provide an excellent service. We know very quickly whether or not you wish to purchase our offers and then it's a very straightforward process in getting any accepted items to you. Always impressed that wherever e.g. I sell a DVD an image of its cover also comes on screen. You have a very sophisticated system.”

“Very impressed with the We buy books. The instructions are so simple to follow and loved receiving the funds. We had a lot of books, DVD's and c.d. Also loved the fact that they can be collected from the home. Great service many thanks.”
