“The process including payment is quick and easy only drawback for me is getting the packages to the shop although weighty not sufficient for a home pick up, will continue to use for sure”

“Good customer service. I had an issue with Hermes not turning up to collect the parcels but Webuybooks quickly sorted out the situation and rearranged another pick up which all turned out fine.”

“First time I had done this. Better prices than others... Finding right box most hassle... I wrapped my contents in bundles using bubble wrap to protect them. Wish we could use plastic envelopes with bubble wrap or something....but paid promptly. Happy with service”

“It was easy to scan books or enter the barcode number. The parcel was collected from a local collection centre. Payment was made within a couple of days of their receipt of the parcel. I was quite surprised how little is paid for some books, less than 10p in some cases, but it's cleared a space in my house, made those books available for others and brought a little money in, so job done.”
