“A surprisingly effective and pain free way to offload your no longer needed books. The app works very efficiently from scanning the books to booking the courier to regular progress updates to final payment. The amount you receive per book isn't huge and there are a lot of titles it won't take, such as the popular big selling paperbacks, so you may still be heading off with boxes for the charity shops (when they reopen) but the system itself works very smoothly. If you have a few lesser known titles or want to sell your old text books and don't want any hassle then Webuybooks is a good way to do it.”

“We were delighted to be able to recycle books and gain a few pounds for them. There were lots of books that didn’t scan in and the scanner seemed to reject books very quickly but on the whole we were pleased with the process and appreciated the updates.”

“The way you guys work is great but you should 100% change your delivery people (Hermes) they are rubbish and useless at collecting the items and when they can't be bothered to turn up they blame it on customers and say they tried when we all know they didn't even show up.”
