“I rate we buy books very highly. The books all arrive safely, none missing in transit, checking is quick and efficient as is payment. The refer a friend scheme works well - not least because even the beginner is easily able to understand the way to add books and add the bonus voucher. A no fuss service ideal for raising funds for charity.”

“Very impressed with the actual service. You received my books one day, checked them the next and immediately paid money into my account. However what I was disappointed in was that I scanned approximately 300 books including travel guides, cookbooks and text books, all of which you claim to want. Of all the books I scanned only 15 were sent to the basket to sell. I did not expect you to want them all but 15!!!!! They were all good books, no rubbish, but yes that is my opinion. Anyway thank you for the good service on the 15.”

“All straightforward with the website, but We Buy Books are badly let down by Evri (formerly Hermes), which has so far failed to turn up to collect on four consecutive days. I have waited in each day but still Evri has not turned up. The boxes are too heavy to carry to a drop off point. We Buy Books say they cannot directly contact the courier to get an explanation for the no shows. So, sadly, I would not use We Buy Books again unless the boxes were light enough to be carried to a drop off point.”

“The books I sent were reviewed quickly and I received payment within a week. There were some crossed wires over books with no ISBN numbers, but it was quickly resolved and I was given an extra 10%. Very fair. So yes they are good!”
