“No overall issues, but there was no communication between sending the books off and payment which was a couple of weeks. Would have been nice to at least know the parcel had been received.”

We typically allow upto 5 working days for offers to arrive with us following collection, however, this took much longer. Although the trade was checked and paid for quickly once it arrived with us, we apologise on behalf of the courier for this delay.
