“Had no trouble scanning items this was great the only recommendation is to use a better pickup contractor than Evri they are unreliable inconvenience with what they tell you to what they do I gave up waiting for them to pickup so took it to a drop-off shop .”

“I have found it very easy to list the books and then pack the boxes. Instruction are very easy to follow telling you how many boxes and then printing off the address labels. It really us very easy”

“I used 4 different apps to sell my books and this was by far the best for customer service (I got to speak to a lovely human being on the phone), price, ease of selling on the app and prompt payment. Big thumbs up from me!”

“Very easy means to pass on books. I raise income for my small, rural branch library by doing this. Money raised goes towards craft materials for our regular crafts sessions, and other activities.”

“I've used this company three times now.....Webuybooks does exactly what is says on the tin! Simples 😊 The payment from them has always been very fast, you know exactly how much you will receive for each book before accepting their offer, and your boxed up books are collected from your home. It really couldn't be any easier. I will definitely continue using Webuybooks when my bookcases start overflowing again 😊”

“I can only advise caution if you are thinking about using this service; I had a good experience, but as I've read on this website, others have not been so lucky. My two securely packaged parcels dropped off at an Evri drop-off point were picked up...but only 1 parcel made it to WeBuyBooks. The other was somehow lost. I found the online chat service to be quite unhelpful and a bit rude when I initially enquired about this. In contrast, when I emailed, I got a much friendlier and helpful response. My claim was automatically put through once they realised the courier service had lost one of the parcels. So for delivering on their claim of selling books and getting the claimed price, I can only award them 5 stars. But again, I'd consider the benefits and cons of using this service before diving in.”

“Good way to get a bit back for surplus books even those some books if accepted are only 10p Processed and paid quickly Previous consignment was paid in full next day when I queried delay in delivery by courier firm.”
