“It really helps with decluttering the shelves. The service is amazingly good - may sound like a cliché but they really are good. Quoted from the first beginning, once the books arrived to them I got the money. It is also very nice that they send updates gradually for the process, so you can understand what's happening, if they got the books etc. Well done! Almost forgot - is also nice that other people can get book on a more affordable price. Thank you! IULIA”

“First time using Webuybooks. Very impressed at how easy it all was & money was sent out very quickly once parcel had been received. It is a shame more paperback novels are not accepted. I have loads to get rid of! I would definitely use them again & would recommend to friends.”

“Ok, but much of what I wanted to sell was rejected, even though I'd bought second hand from a similar company. The process of mailing the items was easy enough, but after well over a week I'm still waiting for the payment!”

We’re sorry to hear some of the items you scanned were not accepted at this time. Although we do try to buy as many items as possible, our decision is based on the supply and demand on the market and our stock levels. It’s possible that we had excess copies in our warehouse or that the items were not selling on the marketplace to a level where we wished to purchase further copies. This demand can change on a day-to-day basis, and it can be worth rescanning items at a later date if you aren't in a rush to sell.
