“I needed to order water bottles within a few weeks of an event. After confirming the water bottle I wanted, I went ahead and made the payment. After the payment was made, the adviser then advised me that water bottle was no longer in stock. After this I went ahead with the order as time was ticking. I had asked the adviser to confirm THREE times that I could get delivery by 12th November which she said most definitely. When chasing up on the water bottles, I then found out they wouldn't be arriving until 14th November. Our event was that day. The service I have received has been diabolical and I would never order anything from this company again.”
