“I do not believe the mugs to be of the quality they were advertised, or fit for purpose. As a take out coffee mug, we would expect to be able to hold the mug, once filled with boiling water. These are impossible to hold when hot and so therefore we are unable to give these out to our customers, due to it being a health and safety risk. The product is redundant and I would appreciate being able to negotiate some sort of refund.”
