“I ordered grasses. They all arrived in a couple of days and are doing very well. Only slight problem was a comprehensive booklet enclosed giving instructions on planting and caring for dozens of different plants, but not grasses. Despite that, very pleased.”

“Kept me informed when the delivery would be made, I had to go out and left a message that the neighbour would take the parcel in if I wasn't there. The time of delivery was 12.19 and the goods arrived at 12.20 who could complain about that.”

“The arch arrived within the time stated by Webbs direct but, unfortunately, a part was damaged even though great care had been taken to package the arch properly. However a replacement was sent out the next day and was fine. The arch was fairly easy to assemble, following the instructions provided and very pleased with the finished product. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Webbs Direct again.”
