“Webbs Direct had a competitive price for what I wanted and provided a very easy and efficient online ordering system. The item came very promptly and was well packaged. I liked the use of DPD for delivery as I often have problems with parcels not being delivered whilst I am at work. DPD have local shops where I can pick up my parcels on my way home from work, meaning I don't have to rearrange delivery or go to the post office collection centre to collect.”

“Although an incorrect item was sent initially, it was sorted very quickly. The correct item was delivered by courier 2 days later and he collected the incorrect item at the same time. Can't thank the staff enough for their very prompt action over a mistake that anyone could have made. Will definitely use Webbs Direct again.”
