“An excellent company to deal with. I placed a large order with them and was pleased to see that the delivery was not extortionate as with so many other sites when delivering to Northern Ireland. Also when my order arrived unfortunately there was some damage to an item. I contacted Webbs and they organised for a replacement to be sent and the faulty item collected at no cost to myself. I do not hesitate in recommending this company, a pleasure to deal with and I will certainly be buying from them again. Andrew Belfast”

“Bought this veg drug as a present. Was very disappointed when it arrived, it was only bubble wrapped and when undone to check it, I found it was soaking wet. I called the company who basically told me, 'tough' the items are all stored outside so they would be wet. Was told to make it up & put it outdoors. What part of 'I have bought it for a present' did they not understand! I now have a room full of wood that I am trying to dry out to be able to store until Christmas. Not impressed with the companies attitude at all. RUDE and not at all professional.”

“GOODS ARRIVED OK BUT SINCE WE OPENED THE PACKAGING WE HAVE FOUND THAT ONE OF THE SIDE PLANKS HAS STARTED TO SPLIT AND THE WOOD ON ALL THE WOOD HAS GOT A WHITE FUNGUS ON IT SO WE ARE NOT VERY PLEASED ABOUT THAT MR F W GRAY”

It was promptly dispatched, arrived intact, you are also informed how far away the courier is from your address, the number of deliveries before reaching you, forget waiting the entire day for delivery, you are given a time of delivery.”

“Ordered Burgon and Ball border fork and spade, arrived the very next day. All too often packing for large items can get a little damaged in transit, but not for this order. Excellent service and very pleased with quality of items purchased, will certain purchase again.”

“My order was sent to App. 8, one parcel only when I was expecting 2, my App. is 68, and when I rang to check this they had it down as 68, so why 8, I did eventually get the other parcel later that day, because the courier had it left in his van, that also was taken to App. 8 first, I can't say I was very satisfied. Both items were okay in the end.”
