“Happy with the item we purchased as a Christmas gift. We however did not receive a confirmation email to say the item was ready for collection even though it was. It want until we contacted the store that we found out the item was ready at which point they offered to send the confirmation email!”

“I live in France, but was still able to easily arrange for goods to be delivered to a friend's house in the UK. Not only was the service simple, quick and efficient, it was excellent in keeping me updated on the progress of the delivery and an accurate time frame on the delivery day itself. I remember shopping at Webbs many years ago when first married and living in Harborne, Birmingham.
