I ordered three Helianthus Lemon Queen. The order was fulfilled promptly and the plants are extremely healthy. They were very securely anchored to a cardboard tray by adhesive tape and additional tape had been applied over the pots to prevent leakage of compost. Unfortunately the tray and its contents had been placed in the transit carton on its side causing the foliage (about 12” tall) to act as a wedge within. On delivery, two of the plants had split stems caused by the pressure of being wedged. I have applied a short length of garden cane as a “splint” to each damaged stem, and I am pleased to say that the splits have healed. The tray and the carton are clearly tailor-made for each other and I am at a loss to understand why the plants were not packed upright. I would add that the transit carton was in perfect condition on arrival, so no fault can be attached to the carrier. In the end, no lasting harm done, but a little disappointing

Ordered and paid for garden furniture in March in readiness for summer (with an expected delivery date of mid-May) unfortunately still waiting for delivery! Numerous calls and emails and still no delivery date - after 5 months of waiting it’s a test of anyone’s patience! Builders build houses in less time… Webbs may be great at everything else but delivering furniture in line with customer expectations falls rather short.

I never thought I would have to write a negative review about such a reputable company such as Webb’s, but find I have no choice. We ordered a set of garden furniture back on 2nd March 2021. We were asked to pay in full on that date, having initially been told we would have our furniture delivered in April. This was changed to May which we accepted. Having made further 5 calls into Webb’s as of 17th June, we still don’t have a delivery date, we were advised by a member of staff in the leisure dept, they would speak to a manager on our behalf re compensation.and get back to us this week. It is now Thursday evening and still no response. To add to our frustration a family member who is aware of our order, ordered the same suite of garden furniture approx 1 month after our order had been placed. Our family member is taking delivery of same furniture this coming Tuesday! I am appalled by the lack of concern & communication, they have had our money since the beginning of March! Impressive from order to delivery. Very good website. Was my first order but defenetly not my last. Fast delivery. Fantastic rose,, in very healthy condition, well wrapped and taken care of. This product has been loved and will be a very nice addition to my very loved garden.

Again excellent service from Webbs, the plants arrived within three days and arrived in excellent condition. They were packaged with such care and attention especially as two of the plants were fuschia. I will certainly use Webbs again.

I ordered a garden arch for a customer and it wasn't available for immediate delivery back in March, which was fine because it was for Summer use. The item was due to arrive on 5th of May. 5th of May arrived, and a delivery van arrived and the driver had the paperwork for 2 parcels...which were not on his van. I suggested that I was not in an immediate hurry for the item, and was told it should be delivered next week. Neither parcel arrived so I called Webbs and spoke to Seb, "What a Gentleman!" He assured me that he would investigate, (and while, in the past, I have encountered companies who's investigation has seemed like, 'pass this on to someone else to sort out'. "Not Seb, at Webbs." He kept me informed, and called every time he made progress with the delivery companies that Webbs use. It was unfortunate that the Garden Arch went missing in transit, but and at no fault from Webbs. I received one part of the delivery, and Seb and Webbs re-sent the missing parts free of charge, and refunded the 'original' delivery charge! Outstanding work! I can not say enough, to complement the team at Webbs! ' Thank you Brian Heslop
