“The whole team at Webbs are very friendly and very easy to deal with when buying a van and their aftercare is spot on if you ever have a problem. From part exing to the hand over was very painless and The boys in the workshop know their stuff. I will always get my vans from webbs from now on!!”

“Very good dealership. Nothing is too much trouble. We had paid a holding deposit and said we would view within the same day. When we arrived the caravan was hooked up to the mains so we could see everything was working. It was warm in the van and we were left alone to take our time viewing. By the time we had picked the van up we had dealt with Dave, Alex and Ollie all of whom are warm and welcoming.”

“Our salesman Steven was very professional, polite & very knowledgeable. We agreed a trade in price against a later MH & all the jobs we agreed were done, our new MH was presented at the agreed time clean to a very high standard. Must say special praise to Steven for his help in arranging to have a tracker fitted which our insurance Company insisted. Steven went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly. We found Webbs Reading to be a very high standard Dealership all Staff are friendly & helpful (make amazing coffee!) We are delighted & over the moon with our new to us Swift motorhome.”

“Excellent service. Webbs bought our Motorhome from us with an agreed price over the phone which Guy who came to our storage site to inspect stuck too. Both Steve on the phone and Guy were very professional polite and respectful. All the paperwork/ online V5 was sorted very easily and the payment was in our account immediately. Can’t fault them at all, well done Webbs.”

“We sold our caravan to Webbs, dealing with Oliver. It couldn't have been simpler. Answered the questions he asked about the caravan and got an offer which we accepted. Simon came and collected the caravan from the site we were on. He arranged for the payment to be made and off he went. All very friendly and hassle free. Easy peasy and we would not hesitate to deal with them in the future.”

“We bought our caravan from here. After I drove Alex nuts by changing my mind 4 days before we were meant to collect our van on which one I wanted. The guys rallied to get it all serviced etc ready for us to collect on the Saturday. Amazing staff so helpful and professional.”

“Awful! We spend £50k on a camper and the second they had our money they washed their hands of us! Even before we drove it away we asked about a spare key to be told “we don’t know, look in the pack in the glove box”. No spare key there so they arranged for a new one. 3 MONTHS LATER I’m STILL chasing for it! Fobbed off with excuses! The leisure battery wouldn’t turn on and they refused to help over the phone, so had to drive all the way there for them to look at it. Turned out to be a fuse which we had to replace ourselves! When we got the V5 back it was not showing as a camper, still as a panel van with 3 seats! So we had to sort this ourselves! They did not make us aware of this before hand! Now the tap has stopped working! I would be very wary of buying from these cowboys!”

“This was our second caravan purchase from Webb's. The service received from the sales team was excellent, with all our questions and queries answered. This is why we returned to webb's. They have a really good selection of vans on display, all very clean and sensibly priced. Our van was ready to pick up on the date agreed at purchase, and was valeted throughout to a high standard. We had a minor problem with the shower, which was sorted out by Barry in the service department with no hassle at all. Webb's even arranged to pick up the van, do the repair and return it to us, something we did not expect. We would have no hesitation in recommending Webb's based on our experience.”

“We bought our first van 10 years ago from Webbs and we returned to them recently for the purchase of our third van. We knew exactly what we wanted and Steven was able to source and provide our perfect van. Communication was excellent throughout and they were so helpful and kept us informed all throughout the process and were happy to answer our many queries. They do a handover video exclusive to your van on YouTube so you can refer to it when necessary, great idea. Hopefully their after sales service will be as good, should we need it, I don’t doubt that it will be. We have no hesitation in recommending Steven and Webbs, a huge stock of vans and even if they don’t have what you want they will do their utmost to find it!”
