Excellent service from Matt and his team. Collected the caravan with no problems paid exactly what we agreed no complaints Driver (Simon) very polite and helpful. Would recommend this company buying or selling your caravan. Thanks a lot Andy and Diane

I advertised my used motorhome for sale privately but was contacted by Webbs asking if I would consider selling it to them as a dealer. Obviously price was a major factor in that decision. After a flurry of emails and messages, I am delighted to say that within 24hours, Guy Tegg their General Manager had visited, inspected, paid for and taken away my motorhome at a price I was very happy with. All done very professionally, courteously and hassle free. Thank you.

What an absolute joy from start to finish. Alex our rep was so helpful nothing was too much trouble and answered all our questions provided really helpful videos and on day of collection we were shown how to operate everything. All staff really friendly and helpful,

On our way home from our caravan site our trailer lights disappeared. We thought it was a fuse gone so as we were near Webbs, we thought we would just pop in a get one. Lo and behold it wasn’t a fuse and Chris found that a cable had been pinched by the jockey wheel. There are no words to express our gratitude for his determination to find and fix the problem. It was such a relief to be able to get back on the road and head home to our family. A huge thank you to Barry, Chris, Steve and Dave. Heroes each one.

Nice and easy handover with Steve for our px and collection of new van. We had a small dashboard problem the next day which was promptly sorted by Danny the workshop manager and great service from Cartronix.

We sold our caravan to Webbs. We were very impressed with them. They gave us a great price and kept to their word. After inspection there was no haggling and money was transferred instantly. They even collected.

These guys are simply brilliant…we suffered a couple of rookie errors and they came to the rescue. No matter how many questions we had someone was always available to answer them. First mistake, we didn’t carry out the ‘pull test’ (caravan and car parted ways). Soon as the tow bar was repaired we went to check everything was okay on the Alko, the plug coupler wouldn’t fit. Barry became our teacher over the phone and guided us on how to realign it…hey presto! Another valuable, if painful lesson learned. On our way to our campsite, they replaced the brake cable and manoeuvred the caravan out of the yard so we could go on our way. First night at the campsite the temperatures dropped well below freezing, but the caravan was nice and warm…the morning arrived and all the error codes were showing. In our haste to get warm, we had switched to gas and emptied our gas cylinder! We were lucky enough to have a small heater to get us through until help arrived. Webbs to the rescue again! We cannot express our gratitude to all of the staff at Webbs in Salisbury. Never once made us feel foolish for making errors and showing us how to avoid making the mistakes again. Such a great bunch. Steve and the team made the buying process for our first Motorhome very easy and didnt submit us to hours of hard sell as you seem to get at many dealers! A couple of small teething problems (partly of our own making!) were easily resolved. Thanks for everything.

We sold our caravan to Matt at Webbs caravans, from the start Matt was professional and true to his word with a good purchase price paid the sale was faultlessness, i would not hesitate to do business with Matt again.

I am very late in writing this review, for which I apologise! I bought a 2004 Romahome Dimension motorhome in August. Will was the salesman and he was incredibly helpful but without being pushy. As an older lady purchasing her first motorhome, it was great from start to finish. They even arranged delivery to my home address as I was unable to get to the showroom to pick her up. I've had several trips away and everything works like a dream. Incredibly pleased especially as their service department carried out some extra work needed to get through the MOT. Extremely friendly, efficient and professional service which puts the customer first. Would highly recommend Will and all at Webbs in Reading.

Amazing dealership! There was no hard selling, we were left alone to make our decision, in a comfortable room with free tea, coffee, chocolate etc. Alex was professional yet caring. Mike was beyond amazing! He sent us videos he made of our caravan ,showing us how to use each component of the van - inside and out. On the day of collection Mike’s attention to detail was superb, from attaching towing mirrors, hitching up the caravan to the car, and showing us how the motor mover worked. Cannot be faulted. 5 stars!

Brought our Auto-sleeper motor home from Will a salesman at the Reading branch who was very helpful but not at all pushy, he left as alone to look at the vehicle and try all the bit and pieces for as long as we needed and then came to show us all the bits we weren't sure of. Was very helpful and checked anything he wasn't sure of for us. We had a little problem before collection which they sorted out for us and were very good on the hand over. Only had the vehicle for a couple of days but so far very pleased with it and would recommend Webbs.

We found the motorhome we were looking for at a reasonable price, we had an issue after discovering a leak in the water storage tank and it was resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction.

Matthew at Salisbury was excellent from start to finish when we sold our caravan. Communication was clear and very quick, arrangements for collection were arranged to suit us and when Roger collected the van it was quick and very efficient. Cannot recommend highly enough. Many Thanks.

We booked an appointment through Josh, as he informed us that he was off that day, he told us one of his colleagues would see us, we wanted to view the Auto-trail Delaware. On arrival, went to reception and told no booking made, but she would get one of the salesmen to see us. First gentleman was very polite and took us straight out to see the motorhome, where we were left alone to look at it at our pleasure. He came back and asked what we thought, told him we were very interested but would like the motorhome started. He went off to get the keys and another salesman came back with the keys as the other one had to go out on a road test! Up to then we were reasonably happy and were looking to purchase the motorhome. But this is where it all went wrong. Once we heard the vehicle start and after a few questions we were invited back to the showroom and sat at his desk. We questioned whether the cambelt and waterpump had been changed and upon him getting the vehicle details, found it had not been serviced for quite a few years and the salesman stating that the previous owner probably serviced it themselves. Also no cambelt changed. When questioned, we were told that it is not a legal requirement like an MoT and was only a recommendation and that the service we would get before collection was basically an oil and filter change. Alarm bells rang in our heads as we know how important a cambelt change is (we own our own motor company). We asked if they could do it in the price, the cambelt and waterpump and was told it does not really matter and that if it snapped in the first hour of owning it they would rectify this!!! (Why should we have to pay for previous customer service recommendations?). He did say that it would cost around £450 and maybe they would cover half the cost, Then in mid conversation he got up to talk to someone else and left us just sitting there, by now we are obviously annoyed, surely a salesman gives you undivided attention (that is what usually happens), this was already our second salesman therefore not a personal touch for a business. After waiting ten minutes we both looked at one another and just got up and walked out, with the £53,000 still in our bank account. We travelled a round trip of three and a half hours and we are so glad we did not put down the £2000 non refundable deposit. We were also concerned after experiencing all this what their aftercare service was going to be like, if required. As a business owner I would not treat a customer in the way you did today. Extremely disappointed.
