Thank you for the opportunity to tell you how glad I am that I found these wonderful tablets I am eighty one years old and suffer arthritis pain all the time the joint capsules have really been a great help I am trying all the rest of the tablets to see if they will help with other issues but at the moment I am feeling much better the multi vitamins are excellent thank you for your help .

I had cancelled my order, but was inadvertently sent a follow up order. When I queried it, I was treated courteously and with no hesitation was given instructions on the quickest way to return for a full refund. No hassle, no quibble and I receieved my refund the following day. Top notch customer service!

I am more than happy with the products and service I receive from the Feel team. Taking a break or cancelling a subscription is very easy. I had an undelivered order and it was resolved very quickly, Emily was fantastic. I renewed my subscription as I do believe taking Feel is very beneficial.

I wanted to try it out and now I'm subscribed! and you cannot unsubscribe or cancel without getting a phonecall. I'm going to report these practices, its highly unethical.. AVOID!

I had an issue with the delivery of my 2nd order, I had presumed that my second lot of multi vitamins would arrive before the ones that I had were finished. That wasn't the case and when I tried to track my order, I just a got a message saying that there was no location and couldn't be tracked. The correspondence and help I received from Joe at Feel was brilliant, very quick to reply and very helpful so all sorted now! Very happy customer!

Customer service good but website not great. Tried to log in & cancel subscription but website didn’t recognise me - requested password reset and activate account emails but neither came through. However, Anu very helpful in cancelling subscription when I reached out via email. I didn’t take the vitamins long enough to notice a difference.

I am so happy that my daughter in law, introduced me to this company for my vitamins . I have been so pleased since taking them . If ever i have had to get in touch with “ Feel” they have been so helpful in every way , for which i thank them very much , it is a pleasure to deal with a company who are dedicated to there customers.

I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks and still haven't received anything. I emailed and was told this would be re-sent with fast delivery, 5 days later, I still don't have anything. I don't like writing negative reviews, and the customer service was fine, but I don't have the product I paid for.

Wearefeel asked me to write a review on Trustpilot and I'm glad to do it. They are a wonderful company with great customer service, nothing is too much trouble for them. I recently purchased one of their products and the website charged me for something that I didn't authorise, so I got in touch with them and they refunded my money within 24 hours, no problem. I would like to say a big thank you to Emily who was lovely and very helpful, the epitome of what I expect from a customer service agent. I have sadly had to claim a further refund on the product that I purchased as it didn't agree with me, and it's currently en-route to my account. I can't recommend this company highly enough! They truly care about their customers and long may they prosper!

As a veggie, I always try to take multivitamins as I’m missing a fair bit from my diet (not just because I’m a veggie, but because I live on carbs and cheese ?). The majority or multivitamin pills and algae based Omega pills taste absolutely horrific! And on doing some research have shockingly small amounts of Omega and often low doses of vitamins (or sometimes shockingly high doses!). So I thought I’d give Feel a try, and they're fantastic! Completely tasteless - which on it’s own makes it worth switching to them. But the ingredient lists are fantastic, and have some hugely beneficial natural extras you don't find in most pills. I always do in depth research on each of the ingredients (from proper medical studies - not random tinterweb health and supplement sites!) and Feel are in another level when it comes to their research and what they put in the products. Ordering and shipping is super quick, love the more environmentally friendly packaging and just a slick process all round. The only one slight negative I have found, is that you sometimes get some ‘interestingly flavoured’ burps a few hours after taking them ? However this is definitely preferable to the horrific taste that stays with you for half an hour or so from the majority of other multivitamins and omega pills! Highly recommended!

Emily was absolutetly fantastic, quick response and great communication. Must add that I have called Feel support a few times not because of any issues but to ask and change things. They have always been friendly and helpful. Feel can only go from strength to strength.
