“Been taking these three months now, you di have to give it time, but I did start to feel benefits after a month. They are a wonderful natural alternative, my hot flushes are now down to poss once or twice a week. I am also taking Ashgawandha and Lions Mane in addition and all three are working a treat. I will be staying on these permanently. Very pleased with the resulat - even think it is helping my weight too (less stressed = less cortisol - less belly!)”

“I thought this worked at first but realised it was the HRT still in my system. I went ahead and bought 3 months worth and after taking for 4 months in total, have realised it makes little difference to my hot flushes. Perhaps it helps with other symptoms but I think it may be a placebo. I want it to work as is expensive. Not saying it won’t work, just that it didn’t work for me.”

Many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months. Everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. If you don't observe any positive effects, you could consider increasing the dosage to three supplements a day. Ensure that these doses are spaced out throughout the day for optimal absorption. “I have now started on the 2nd month of Feel Menopause and I have to say apart from still getting the hot flushes it seems to be working well. HRT didnt agree with me so this is great and natural too! My low moods and anxiety have certainly been very very minimal.”
