Can’t seem to be able to cancel the subscription, 4 email requests and still receiving boxes. Not sure what to do as I’m living abroad now and boxes just keep arriving and no one is responding to cancellation request so from that point of view I’m not satisfied at all.

Since I’ve been taking Feel Collagen I’ve definitely noticed a difference and it’s my favourite of all the Collagen products I’ve tried. Feel Collagen powder tastes amazing which makes it easy to include in your morning routine! I’ve noticed my skin is much brighter, clearer and my dark eyes have definitely improved! I’ve also noticed my eczema has been more manageable, I will definitely continue to use feel!

On my second month of my Feel vitamins, I have really noticed a difference in my nails. After having me gel nail polish removed (first time of having gels) my nails were in a terrible state. They just kept breaking and peeling and couldn’t get them past my finger tips. But now, I have to file them down once a week!! They are now very strong and healthy. Wished I’d taken a before and after picture. I even got a comment about how good my skin looked the other day.

Impossible to unsubscribe without a callback. Cancelled my PayPal payments in the end just to get rid.

The service given is always excellent, orders are charged accordingly and always arrive on time. I'm not entirely sure yet whether the products are doing anything much to help but that needs to be given time.

Fantastic quality vitamins and supplements. Really have made a positive impact on my overall health and appearance. Definitely more readily absorbed by the body than lesser quality products. Have been taking the multi vitamin for some time now and just feel generally more energetic. Also recently started taking the pro collagen, for a mature woman it has made such a difference to my skin and nails.

Unfortunately from the onset, I didn't like the very subtle message, that after was secreted in to the sign-up, in relation to having to subscribe for a minimum of 3 months. A bit of naughty marketing, especially given laws on distance selling. Weirdly enough, when I mentioned this and asked to immediately cancel my subscription (fortunately minutes after initially subscribing), 'Feel' didn't attempt to query that, which suggests they actually know they are breaking consumer protection laws. Purely due to this, I cancelled the subscription, which is unfortunate as there were some positive aspects of the 'Sleep' product. Just too expensive overall and that aforementioned sales technique makes it a NO from me.
