Many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months. Everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. Whilst hair, skin and nails are signs of improved health on the outside, there are so many more positive effects happening from within – such as heart & bone health, immunity, digestion and supporting your thyroid.

“Feel are a great company. Their bundle subscription service makes it easy to receive your vitamins on a monthly basis, on time. They have a great rewards system so you can try out other products by redeeming your points. Their customer service is also very quick to respond and offer support.”

“I’ve been taking the beauty gummies and pro collagen for a couple months now and definitely notice positive changes. I’ve had some issues with my knees for a couple of years and they’re also very ‘crunchy’. I’ve noticed the crunching when going up and down stairs is much less noticable these days and I haven’t had any old injury flare ups either. I’ve also found that the skin in my face seems ‘bouncier’. On top of this, the customer service from Feel is 5*. I had an issue with the packaging of my first order and Feel dealt with it quickly and efficiently.”

“I wasn’t going to write this but I’ve had relentless emails asking for a review. The products are fine but the customer service is appalling. They sent me the wrong product. I asked for a refund. They refused and sent out the right product (even though I’d since had the next subscription so then had surplus vitamins) expecting me to send back their mistake. Just admit your mistake and write off the cost. When I went to send it back I couldn’t send it via Royal Mail and was sent a screen shot of my nearest drop off point 5 miles away. I said I wasn’t willing to drive 10 miles to rectify their mistake. They said ‘oh just keep it then’. Should have just said that in the first place. The company can spend thousands on ads but can’t seem to invest in customer service.”

Our Head of Customer Service is involved and fully aware of the exchanges. We're fully aware this has now lost trust with our customer service and it's not a true reflection of our normally very high standards. Our intention was to correct the error promptly by sending you the correct product. However, we understand that this solution did not align with your needs, especially after receiving your recent orders. We should have opted for a more customer friendly solution immediately, worked to resolve the incorrect product in a different way and we regret the frustration this caused especially with the incorrect product. We are committed to try and make this right however we're sadly aware this has not been a positive outcome, something we sincerely apologise for. Feel Team.

“This is my second month on multivitamins and turmeric. My hair,nails and skin have improved 100%,not to mention my joints are so much more flexible! My energy levels are at an all time high which,at 52 is incredible.”

“Its not stawberry/peach as you know it - but its actually quite nice! Easy to mix and drink. I'm only a month in but skin looks good, it feels less dry and my nails are growing faster. I'm not a Vegan but I love the fact its not made with fish scales.”
