“Before taking the vitamins I often felt tired and fatigued! I noticed quite early on that my ability to exercise more specifically run, improved and I felt I had more stamina and was less sluggish! I don’t love the smell of the multi vitamins and aloe tablets but it’s something I have gotten used to! I like the pouches that the vitamins come in, they are handy for traveling, but I find getting into them can sometimes be difficult (I had to decant my newest packet into an old pouch!) so to summarise I feel better for taking the vitimins and plan to continue but small improvements could be made”

Many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months, however, it is important to remember that everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. Whilst hair, skin and nails are signs of improved health on the outside, there are so many more positive effects happening from within – such as heart & bone health, immunity, digestion and supporting your thyroid! “These multivitamins are a real game changer. I’ve tried so so many. Suffer with mental health problems and these have helped me by far the best out of all I’ve tried. They’re expensive. But they’re worth it. My hair and nails grow now also which they never used to do. Give them a few weeks though months even the noticeable benefits start after week one but they keep getting better and Better as the months go on.”

“I used to take another brand to help with the menopause symptoms when I switched to these I went back to day 1. I'm now half way through another month and I do feel a bit better but my low mood sleepless nights and sweats haven't got any better. I will persevere for another month to see what happens.”
