“The products are excellent, you’ll notice a difference within a couple of weeks. The website however, to change something, is sometimes really easy and other times really difficult. Maybe me? Who knows? What I do know is that due to a problem, my original order for multi vitamins and joints supplements got cancelled and I had to renew, which is now costing me considerably more each month than it did before. The inconsistency of this is alarming and I genuinely feel like I’m being ripped off. Surely there should be a standard pricing schedule so as you know that if you order 2 particular items (only), under whatever circumstances, you’re not going to be paying more than someone who ordered the same items on a slightly different basis? I understand that the discount increases if you add more items and that’s fine, but to be paying more for the same two items is puzzling. I’ll be cancelling and starting again because it’s not acceptable, so do explore every possible way of ordering to get the best deal before you go ahead.”

“I was offered a discounted price as a trial to Feel menopause supplement. But before I knew it I was on a subscription and onto my third delivery. Due to the fact that I was under alot of stress and still am as I'm giving pallative care for my mother the feel supplement did not help my symptoms and has in fact given me back my hot flushes!! The reason why I brought the product in the first place was because I'd run out of my original supplier and Feel does deliver very quickly...Next day infact. Sorry Feel I'm just not feeling it!”

“Excellent results , packaging and delivery ----except that although I take the recommended no of capsules each day , I seem to be alwys at least a month's supply in hand . I have had to ask more than once to cancel a month and have had difficulty in reaching / talking to customer services. Otherwise a great product !”

“Very difficult to cancel. They will only cancel once they’ve phoned you, despite me filling in several questions on their website. They then don’t phone. It’s easier to leave a cult”
