“Can you trust We buy campers? The answer is YES! To cut a long story short, after moving back to France and failing to register my camper van there, I had no choice but to sell it. I did some research, called We buy campers and a few other dealers. Steve was very professional right from the first chat and topped all the other offers I received. So I drove the van all the way from South-West France to Lower Lacon Caravan Park where he and his team were waiting for me at the arranged time. I must confess that, for a split second, I wondered if I had been a little too trusting! The thought soon vanished though. As I had sensed over the phone, Steve and Jason were genuine, and just did what he said they would do. After offering me water, tea or coffee, they checked the van, all the documents, and within half an hour the money was on my account. Steve sorted the tax refund and even prepared the DVLA documents ready to post. Not just that, he drove me to the station of my choice, not the nearest, checked that my phone was charged for the rest of the journey, and even held my coat as gentlemen do! At We buy campers, rest assured that what you see and hear is what you get, so definitely five stars and more!”

“My mother in law used webycampers to sell her motorhome last year and was really impressed. So when it came to sell ours we didn't hasertate and contacted them. The process was indeed amazing, and Steve helped us through the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he always returned my calls if he was busy. We had a really good offer made to us for our motorhome which we were very pleased with. Steve literally went the extra mile with regards to the service they provided, by coming down to Cardiff to the secure site where the van was stored. When I met them in Cardiff they were very friendly. There was no issues with payment, and Steve wouldn't leave the site with the van until all the money was in my account. That was a really nice touch, and much appreciated. Many thanks to Paul and Steve for coming down on Wednesday to collect the van, thanks for all your help. I would most definitely recommend webycampers.”

“We sold out motor home with these and I couldn’t recommend them enough. We was looked after by Stephen who was a phenomenal help and gave nothing but 5* service from start to finish! Nice to know your being looked after by somebody friendly and genuine. Thankyou again for everything.”

“Happily recommend Steve who deals with buying the vans at We Buy Campers ( as well as Jason who does sales in the other part of the business on the same site.) There are a lot of cowboys in this business but from my experience these guys are straightforward. We bought our first ever van in 2020 from Jason and he and the team helped us maintain it for 4 years but sadly we had to sell it due to ill health. Steve made parting with our beloved van very easy. He returns calls and texts and came when he said he would. The transaction was very simple. Thank you.”

“Excellent customer service. The motorhome was thoroughly checked and tested with all faulty items repaired and resolved without hesitation with genuine manufacturer parts. The van was cleaned and handover was great, all friendly and easily explained. We would definately buy from Caravan & Campers AGAIN! Many thanks to Steve and Adam.”

“The process from beginning to end was perfect. We were quite taken aback from our initial enquiry Steve suggested an appraisal visit the following day. We were used to vague information and protracted arrangements in the future. Steve was very positive and clear what the process was. As good as his word he arrived the following day at the agreed time. We found him to be forthright and fair. The whole process was concluded within the hour, to our satisfaction Very pleased and amazed that the whole process from initial enquiry to the final outcome and the money in the bank before he left.
