Declan was an excellent salesman but I was disappointed with the lower than billed valuation. £350 versus £730 on the website. This was my only complaint.

I got less than the online valuation of £550 And then I was charged £49.99 transaction fee when I thought you only charged that over £500 so I ended up with £324.62

Process very smooth. Personnel professional and courteous. Not the best deal - I'm very sure I could have got more money for the vehicle in a private sale - but quick and safe. No risks involving strangers at my home or dodgy financial transactions. I say that, but then, I have yet to receive any money. I was told 4 working days at the point of sale. Apparently, it's now six, and that's after close of business on the final day. In my mind, that's 7. Perhaps I should be writing this review in a week's time?

Pleasant enough representative but the overall process is not as black and white as it's made out to be. Having to put air in a tyre to ensure we weren't deducted £350 seems beyond ridiculous!
