Huge difference between online quote and the final offer, felt like I'd been tricked.

Price quoted was double given at time of selling the car! The car was in excellent condition but found the tiniest of scratches on wheel and a minor error that was I able to prove on the paperwork to reduce price so drastically. Guess that’s what you get with a quick sale although have to wait FOUR days for payment unless you want to pay them for it to be in your account next day. Only used them as was getting new car quick so needed rid of car. Would sell privately or with a dealer next time. Staff were polite and helpful and that is what my two stars are for!

The online offer was just about acceptable, but on attending the depot, this was slashed considerably, despite my car having virtually every option and a below average mileage. I accepted the offer mainly because the insurance was almost due, and I factored that cost into my decision.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback and apologies for any upset caused. This wasn't our intention. We've taken a closer look and can see that you did not detail the condition of your car when obtaining an online valuation. At your appointment, however, we recorded a chipped drivers side door edge, 2 damaged alloys, a 10cm+ scratch on the front bumper, scratched rear bumper and multiple bonnet chips. As a result, your valuation was reduced by £265. - The WBAC Team
They should be called wescreweveryone.com As usual the online quotations are just bait to lure you in. Even being pragmatic the fonal price you get offered can feel like you've just been assaulted.

I had to sell because it was a lease vehicle but if you can sell privately do so, they own the auction houses where the vehicles are sold so do very well out of people who have to sell, as above, if you can sell privately, do so. Way below market value, quoted £15,500 and received £10,700.

The price was ok, though lowered considerably from the original quote. But I had to make a decision immediately or wait three months for a new quote. 24 hours to think about it is not a lot to ask. Furthermore, the charge for immediate payments is simply stealing from desperate people. I had to wait three days to receive my payment to avoid this charge. Anyone can make an instant payment from their phone without charge; so why the charge? Apart from that it was ok.

This would only be the case if you booked an appointment for 24 hours before the end of your 4 day Price Promise period. We recommend booking your appointment for a time and date that suits you and to include time that you may need to consider whether or not you wish to sell your vehicle. - You can obtain an online valuation at any time on our website. We don't prevent anyone from doing so far any period of time, including 3 months. - We offer numerous payment options, including our standard free of charge payment option. There's a significant amount of paperwork that must be done, and processes followed, in order to correctly purchase a car and remain compliant. The Premier Payment fee allows us to prioritise you ahead of other customers, in completing all relevant post-purchase processes. - The WBAC Team
The longer you have the money grabbing millionaire Phillip Schofield fronting your current tv ad. campaign the majority of potential sellers just switch off! He is well past his sellbuy date!

Absolute waste of time.You have to take it tp them and then they take of over £300 just for edge of door mark about the size of a pinhead and a stonechip you need a magnifying glass to see....Avoid this company and sell to a company called motorway
