Given a quote mid week booked to sell & within 3 days you dropped by £500 for a stone chip & milage difference as being used daily

The sales msn was polite and officiant and got the job done but the price paid for my car was 50% less than what was offered online. I think the quote should be close to the amount paid. It is unfair to do this.

THEY ARE GOOD IF YOU ARE SHORT ON TIME. GAVE ME A QUOTE OF £970 FOR A SUPERB CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED CAR, BUT WHEN I WENT TO THEM WITH THE CAR THEY KNOCKED OFF HALF OF THE VALUE JUST BECAUSE OF VERY SMALL MINOR SCRATCHES AT THE BACK OF THE CAR. ARE YOU GUYS SAYING THAT IF A CAR HAS BEEN DRIVEN FOR 13 YEARS IT MUST BE SCRATCH FREE??? I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO GO ELSWHERE AND SEARCH IF THEY HAVE TIME

Chap in Basildon was superb - but your system was super slow and I was 25 mins late starting. I paid GBP 30 for 30 mins payment - and money took over an hour to arrive ??

E Use 10 .ins after I tool offer I changed my mind to just scrap cR I could of got 1075.00 for it but you told me I can't have it back to be offered no where near scrap value is shocking

It doesn't matter how much you put on the damage it still gets reduced - last time I was quoted one figure and walked out with half that amount :( Shame as the guy dealing with me was so nice and helpful.

Car was in great condition and saved £500 to cover any findings which would give a lower quote. Only to be told they found 2 scratches and wheel rash (2013 car it's expected) so it meant they'd knock off £1500?? £9,770 down to £8,300. Told him I couldn't afford to buy the new car to even drive home and miraculously they found an extra £200 to make it £8500. Give a more realistic quote online or at least say "expect to have £1000-£2000 taken off what we quote for general ware and tare".
