“Tried to rip me off, offered £1300 below valuation to start with. Was advised by member of staff that valuation was for car in show room condition What 8 year old car is in show room condition?? Found whole process humiliating and insulting stood watching whilst he went round my car twice looking for imperfections. Will not be using again or recommending. Final offer was £900 less than valuation. I walked away.”

“Total rip off! Offered me less than half the online quote and treated me like an idiot. Also, must be used to my ‘less than impressed’ response so probably gets this all the time. These people are clearly thieves and charlartans. Honestly, have nothing to do with this company!”

“Dealt with Cameron at the Darlington branch. He was polite, friendly and very professional. He explained the process and deductions that were required. I was content with this and received a fair offer for my car. Payment was received within 15 minutes of completing the documentation having agreed the figure. Went like clockwork. Excellent customer service, very efficient and stress free.”

“These people are so stupid, not sure how many cars they think I have for sale. I get a few messages every day for the past couple of years about valuations and appointments and I have never contacted them or tried to sell a car through them. I have notified them but they seem to be too stupid to comprehend. Maybe this will get the point home. Verify a number before you accept it as a valid number to send a valuation to.”

Price quoted on website is for A1 condition car and as long as you realise these are few and far between, then there is always going to be taken off for small dinks, scratches. price was haggle free but fair and well above trade in price at the dealership.”

“The price quoted was with full service history. The salesman did not look at the service history book so I got paid less. After emailing the head office I didn't get much luck. So read all the paperwork before signing.... lesson learned. But on a brighter note everything else went smooth with the payment.”
