Convenient service but price offered is low. Told that my MOT was only valid for a ‘few months’ - this was a lie, it was valid until Jan. £50 transaction fee when was not explained.

Still haven't been paid for my car yet at 12.21 pm the following day from 15.10 appointment. Not happy I had to pay over £24 to have a quick payment sent to me so left my car without a payment from you NOT HAPPY AT ALL. You need to sort out payments quicker especially when customer pays extra for faster payments. Please investigate why I haven't been paid yet at 12.25 pm the following day especially having to pay extra for supposedly quick payment and leave my car with you without getting paid for it. I can see that my old car is being worked on right now but you still haven't settled your debt to me.

You’ve got to feel for the guys sat in front of you buying the car They get the raw end of the deal 100% Everything requires managers approval and their managers are NEVER available for authorisation details Yet their sat in front you embarrassed and knowing that their job is to knock down the price And please don’t say that’s not part of their job. Because they get bonuses for down grading a car

Offered one price but when you get there the actual amount is alot less and for taking money off for not having a spare tyre when the vehicle does not does not come with one from new is ridiculous

The purchasing algorithm is written to devalue any car. Only use this service when time or circumstances give no choice. I have attached a photograph of what was considered to be a rusty door.

Misleading quotes given on line because when you go to trade car in they start to knock lots of money off plus cost another £100 in admin and bank transfer fees

Once again I have been disappointed with WeBuyAnyCar..... I had two quotes online over the last week and the latter being the highest and then when I take the car to the depot I was shot down from the online quote by £900!!!! I know that you take things like the condition of the car into account but surely there has to be a better way of giving quotes on your online systems as there are no options currently to select any marks or damage to the vehicle to get a more accurate quote.

On the webpage displaying the valuation, to the right is a list of the assumptions we have made about your vehicle. Underneath the list of assumptions is a link which invites you to change these assumptions. After selecting the link you will be directed to a page which allows you to declare any damages to the vehicle. A revised valuation will then be provided which is reflective of the changes you make so the team at the branch you visit are aware of any damage to the vehicle prior to your appointment. I had a 20 minute appointment which 1 hour 40. It took forever all because a zero was put in the reg rather that an ‘O’ then he inspected the car said there were scratches which were dirt marks and I proved it. Finally nearly £400 less then the online valuation because of a small stone mark on the bonnet which could be gotten out for £25 maximum. A little bit of a rip off if I’m honest.

10 stone chips on the bonnet on a 10 year old car and wanted to reduce by £580 until we eventually agreed at £260. Not happy as I knew it wouldn't go exactly to plan.

Gave a valuation on tex , then half the the price when I took the car to see them !
