The agent wasn't there at the booked time. Arrived 20 minutes later than booked. I couldn't get through to anyone by phone so was left in a quandary as to whether to stay and wait, or go and re-book. Chiselled on price (not completely unexpectedly), notwithstanding car presented in far better condition (having been fully detailed) than I expect any of the same age.

Price wasn’t the best. Nobody answered the phone when I called, Luckily the mixed race guy at the chemsley wood branch was cool and very helpful and made the process easy and quick otherwise I wouldn’t of sold my car. recommend him for a pay rise.

I don't see how you can value a car without seeing it firstly, secondly, you don't take into account the service history, how long the MOT is, I get that its an easy way to buy the car, not just here's the price take it or leave it.

Price offered £550. After some negotiation as I had to go to another branch at the last minute got £400. I appreciate there has to be an inspection but 30% less!! Otherwise all quite straight forward

Had an appointment at 9.30 arrived on time manager was a few minuets late he told us 1/2 later the computer system was down we went away and returned around 1pm and completed the sale in 20 minutes

Very courteous, busy place, car was as new, but they still deducted money for a matter which was obvious from the outset when the quote was done, that was disappointing

Process was very simple and fast. Only downside was getting a 15k quote dropped to £14,400 for a few scuff marks on the boot from getting things in and out of the boot so getting £600 knocked off for just that isn’t great!

We originally booked to take our vehicle to Lancing, however, on arrival there was nobody onsite and the place was locked up. No phone call or apology received. Hove site was much better experience and process completed quickly and easily

On line price is differing when visited your Guilford site on the name of wear and tear which was unfair. Am I selling brand new car without wear and tear???

The quote does not mention a registration fee. The quote was reduced by £241 for tiny blemishes8, which I could not even see. I feel that they give a high quote to get you in, but then are determined not to pay that.

Has small stone chip “which is normal wear and tear” but apparently devalues the car by £400! Great customer service apart from that.
