“Your representative was very polite and pleasant but the issue comes when you start knocking off value to my vehicle. I have sold a number of previous cars through you but the amount you are advising your staff to discount the vehicle now is becoming too severe, a damaged rear light was discounted by £100 whereas had I known you were so severe I would have replaced it with a second-hand one for £50 which is I am sure what you would have done. A vehicle of 9 years of age will come with stone chips and again you are discounting too heavily for these as a dealer would do them for £50, and that is even if the buyer was that interested in a car of that age. Not sure if I will use you again as Motorway are offering better deals now, I think you are losing your edge.”

“Although I had made an appointment, I arrived early and the gentleman was welcoming and said it wasn’t a problem. He talked me through the process, inspected all my documents and the vehicle. Explained the tiered system and noted the finds from the tests and inspections, after which the new quote was slightly lower than what was previously quoted but I was happy with it. Was given time to clean out my car. Read and sign the paperwork. My car was sold over a weekend, so I had to wait till the end of the day on the Monday for payment but it was there. Smooth, easy system.”

“We recently sold our car to we buy any car and well after weeks of do we don't we it was the easiest fair service that we have ever experienced.. as everyone knows you hear horror stories but please let me give you some advice.... have your paperwork in order, have your car clean so they can see any damage or scratches, and don't worry because as long as your honest and give a good description of your car " faults and all" they will be fair and honest with you... the guy on Kingston Park Hull was lovely, explained everything and gave us a very fair price..
