“I cannot say enough good things about Vernon, Peach, and all the people at Wayfairer. Our trip to Zimbabwe and Botswana was amazing, with beautiful places to stay, things to see, and people to meet. We felt safe and cared for, and all our wants and needs were met! They truly made it an epic adventure!”

“We had our first safari in Africa arranged by Wayfairer and it went just perfect. The air and ground transportation between different places and lodges were seamless. Selection of the lodges and activities fully suited our needs and expectations. Customer service was always responsive, and we receive very helpful pre-travel information on packing and tipping norms.”

“Chanelle Cook was great to work with. Especially during times of stress with canceled flights ect. Always available and able to answer questions. It was my first trip abroad and she provided me with needed extra help to calm my nerves! It was a great trip!”

“If you have any hesitation choosing Wayfairer's service, this is your sign to go ahead and book it. They crafted an incredible experience for our Botswana trip from start to finish. Planning a big trip like this is a tall order and we did not make their job any easier by giving very short notice (just a few weeks). Despite these obstacles, the Wayfairer team came through and delivered the trip of a lifetime. Everyone involved in their operation including travel expert (Vernon), concierge (Peach) and the folks on the ground (too many to list) were incredibly professional. The process was seamless, well organized, secure and allowed us to focus all our energy on enjoying the experience. We will book with them again for our next adventure.”

“Can't thank the Wayfairer team enough and specifically Lorna for an amazing experience in Kenya and the Seychelle Islands. This journey was exciting as could be with hiccups along the way. But Lorna was there for us every step of the way! Our first hiccup was that our luggage did not arrive for 3 days. But we overcame that and bought new clothes for our safaris and were ready to go! The safaris were so amazing. The people, wildlife, experiences will never be forgotten. The camps that the Wayfairer team chose for us were unforgettable. Thank you to Elewana and Cottar's 1920's camps for making us feel so special. More hiccups when we had flights cancelled leaving for the Seychelles and also returning. Our flight out happened to be on a day when the workers at Nairobi airport decided to strike and closed the airport down. Lorna was there to walk us thru, rescheduling flights, hotels etc. She was so calm which helped us as we were stressed! Had an amazing time in the Seychelles and then when our flight out was unexpectedly cancelled once again Lorna helped to book us flights to keep on schedule with other airlines so we wouldn't miss our flight back to the States. Don't know what we would have done without her expertise. Lorna even arranged airport personnel to personally escort us thru the airport to catch our flight home as the connection was brief and we didn't think we'd make it with all the flight changes/lines etc. The level of service was beyond our expectation and we could not possibly ask for more. Thank you to Eleanor who was our advisor at the beginning to help us start this amazing journey, then handing us to Lorna who took care of us while finishing our arrangements and while traveling. We can't say thank you enough for a journey that changed us forever! We can't recommend you more!”

“Just got back from a 9 day safari in Kenya / Tanzania, a trip we had originally planned a few years ago, postponed due to COVID. From our initial call with Wayfairer, I really enjoyed the way the team laid out some options : options for different itineraries, different budgets etc. We were traveling with our family of 5 so had a few different needs . Once we locked and loaded the itinerary, the concierge team took over and made sure all the details were sorted. The trip worked out great - we had a blend of "comfortable" accommodation and super luxury so that was great to experience - we also had a blend of Conservancy and Nature Park safari which was also worth experiencing. All the details of pick ups, flights, camps worked perfectly When we were on the trip, we had instant access to Lorna on the local team who helped us with a few questions on the way. Highly recommend Wayfairer”

“We were unfamiliar with booking a Safari & beach holiday, so chose to use Wayfairer to help us navigate the best places and times to go. Toon our agent was brilliant, understood our wants and was able to give us some choices within our budget. On top of that Toon was on hand throughout our holiday checking in on us. Unfortuntately, we did have an unexpected medical emergency and we had to cancel and rebook all our flights home. Wayfairer was contactable throughout helping us compare options with limited wifi, which was really reassuring. Would absolutley use again!”

“A five star review. Would have been prepared to have given a 10 star review if that were possible. Concierge department first class. All the stress of booking it oneself taken away, from meet and greet (airside) at Nairobi airport, assistance in border control, baggage colelction, car outside to take us straight to the hotel.... First class service”

“I chose Wayfaire Travel to help me plan a personalized 6 week tour of SE Asia during the summer of 2024, and they did an amazing job. They helped me choose where to go and planned everything down to the last detail. The itinerary included Thailand, Malaysia, Borneo, Vietnam and Laos. They put together a diverse itinerary for me so I could get a wide range of experience through out the trip, including first class rain forest lodges in Borneo, hiking Mt. Kinabalu, an overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay, a two day cruise on the Mekong River, and time to explore and enjoy the big cities and islands of Vietnam and Thailand. They also provide me with a concierge named Toon who was there for me day and night to handle any problems, questions or changes that I wanted to make. She was a true professional and helped make my trip run smoothly. I would highly recommend Wayfaier Travel if your planning a trip to SE Asia and I would definitely use them again.”

“My wife and I went on safari in Kenya for our honeymoon. It was an incredible experience. Everything worked seamlessly, from the time we landed in Nairobi until the time we were dropped back at the airport to fly home, we were always taken care of. The lodge in the conservation park was excellent as was the beach resort we went to after Safari. Wayfairer were fantastic to deal with throughout. We had to cancel our original booking very shortly before we were due to arrive and Wayfairer were very helpful and compassionate in helping us rearrange the trip. Any occassion I contacted Wayfairer both before and during the trip I was met with a prompt and helpful response. I would recommend that anyone going to Africa on safari use Wayfairer. They have all the knowledge about what you need and what to expect, and send you to the best locations.”

“Everything was perfect starting with the planning phase and throughout our 30 day trip. Amazing accomodations in Hong Kong, Indonesia and New Zealand packed with cultural excursions and outdoor adventure. It was a massive undertaking out of our comfort zone but we always felt confident that we could navigate any situation with our Wayfairer staff close at hand. The trip of a lifetime!”

“Wayfairer travel did a marvelous job planning and supporting our recent safari to Botswana. My wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and planned a safari to include our children and grandchildren ages 7 through 16. We gave Wayfairer a general plan and within a few days they promptly got back to us with multiple choices for a multiple day safari. Each option included a comprehensive review of the property which helped tremendously in making our choices. Once we had agreed upon an itinerary, their concierge service took over and helped us prepare for a truly memorable trip. This included more information regarding each property, options for activities at each venue and even such simple things as providing information about what to pack and what to bring on safari. We worked with Toon who was absolutely amazing and the best concierge we have ever worked with. Wayfairer willingly made amendments to the itinerary as we progressed in the planning. They arranged for meet and greets at airports to allow for smooth entry into the foreign countries. And they thought of everything we would need for an extraordinary family vacation. My wife and I decided to renew our vows in Botswana on safari and Wayfairer made all the contacts to help us plan the event. They provided background information on any item or idea we discussed with them and once we arrived at a decision, they made it happen. We could not be more thankful to Toon and the entire team at Wayfairer for all of their extraordinary professionalism, suggestions and follow through to make this a perfect family vacation.”
