"Wayfarer took the worry out of Safari planning as their staff have had on the ground experience and understood 'the lay of the land', giving us confidence to to proceed with a multi location trip with excellent connections and support the whole time. The ground staff in Zimbabwe and Botswana were attentive and courteous ensuring we had no concerns that could not be dealt with on the spot. If we plan to have another Safari, it will be one with Wayfarer."

Excellent choice of lodges to a budget and overall exceeded expectations. Dalia as supporting concierge also excellent. If you want a bespoke trip to somewhere out of the ordinary our experience is that they deliver to a very high standard. With regard to budget, what we paid compared favourably to similar trips advertised in the UK press."

All the staff at Wayfairer were very patient and caring through the planning and delivery of our trip. "We explored several travel companies while planning our Kenya safari, and ultimately, we chose Wayfairer. Looking back, we couldn\u2019t be happier with our decision! This trip was, without a doubt, the best of our lives.\r\n\r\nOur adventure included stops in Nairobi, Amboseli, and the Mara North Conservancy. From our initial interaction with Kate Kilmartin to the seamless support provided by Lorna Sseezi, Wayfairer\u2019s team went above and beyond to make our journey unforgettable. Kate expertly handled the planning, while Lorna stayed in constant communication with us, ensuring we were well-prepared before the trip and felt supported every step of the way during it.\r\n\r\nWe began our journey with two nights in Nairobi, followed by a flight to Amboseli, where we spent two nights and three days at Elerai Camp. After returning briefly to Nairobi, we flew to the Mara North Conservancy and stayed for five days and four nights at the stunning Saruni Mara. Both accommodations were exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff, as well as knowledgeable guides who enriched our experience.\r\n\r\nThe wildlife sightings were beyond anything we could have imagined. We were fortunate to observe cheetahs, lions, zebras, elephants, and many more animals up close. Visiting in late May 2024 proved to be an excellent choice, as the parks were less crowded, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the magic of the safari.\r\n\r\nOverall, I cannot recommend Wayfairer highly enough. Their attention to detail and personalized service made this trip extraordinary. We\u2019re already looking forward to planning our next adventure with them!"

"My husband and I spent a wonderful vacation in Japan for our 30th anniversary. Wayfairer did an amazing job helping us make plans including selecting hotels, arranging multiple private tour guides, and figuring out logistics to go from place to place. \r\n\r\nWe started off on the right foot by having an itinerary with the details of our trip as well as phone numbers and confirmation numbers at our fingertips. Upon landing in Tokyo, we were greeted by our driver who brought us to our first hotel. Over the course of our trip, we had five excellent tour guides who each brought a different and interesting aspect of the culture and history to life. We also had plenty of time on our own, with Wayfairer making excellent suggestions but also allowing room for us to explore. When we did encounter a bump in the road, we had a contact concierge who could set things back on track. \r\n\r\nWe loved our time in Japan and would be happy to use Wayfairer again to help us plan future travels. We highly recommend them!"
