“I liked a shirt I saw in John Lewis which I bought. I then went on wax and bought another colour but was sent the wrong colour. I've sent it back and sent emails of which I only received one reply. I know its a busy time but 3 weeks in and a couple emails later, I am still none the wiser! I wanted to wait to give a review based on the shirt however someone @wax may see this review and we get me some answers.... fingers crossed!”

“I was sent the wrong item, sent back to the warehouse requesting the right one be sent. Royal Mail tracking shows it had been delivered a week ago but no replacement shirt has arrived and I’ve had no communication from the company about what’s going on. I emailed customer service asking for confirmation they are at least dealing with it but I’ve still nothing 4 days later - very poor! Expect much better when the shirt costs £120.”
“Love their products! Pricing leaning towards expensive but you get proper quality in return. Two chances of improvement - length of the sleeves of the whiting overshirt could be longer and the total amount to receive free shipping outside the UK please. Will order again!”
