I purchased a few shirts from WoodWood and PaulSmith at the same time I bought one from your website and received everything within a week except yours. Of cause there were prompt shipping update via email from both brands. But for WAX London, there was no update for shipping or anything for ages that I almost thought there were something wrong with my order. Finally after more than 10 days I got a text from DHL and received the shirt shortly. Why do you charge expensive shipping fee since your service is almost as poor as Alibaba.com?
