“Was sent wrong item, by the time the delivery of the new item would have been made I would have been gone from country to be able to receive. Ended up just keeping the item I didn't order.”
“It is not often that one tries to invest in an independent shop or a slow fashion store & pay hard earned money for an expensive piece but when someone does, I would like it to be a nice experience. Unfortunately it was not the case with Wax London. I purchased a pair of trousers and decided to exchange the product for a size down. After having to wait for 1 week without response, tracking the package alone, and confirming on my own that the return arrived I was told 1 week later that the size that I wanted was not in stock and it was not due to be back in stock anytime soon. Imagine my dissapointment. No empathy, no customer support in any way. You know what's even sadder? I really wanted those trousers so I myself had to get in touch with stockists that had said item in stock, email them (with excellent customer support) and I was lucky enough to purchase that item through them.
Honestly, Wax London, having good quality items alone is not enough for conversion and, most importantly, good customer service. Funny enough, I got an email from you requesting a review! For an item that I did not receive from you. Don't worry though, I will leave a 5 star rating to the stockist that did help me out. It goes without saying that I will not buy from you again, not because your products are not worth it, but because the experience was awful.”
“No free reshiphment if in another country than UK (even Europe).
Jacket size was too large and I wanted to reship and have a smaller one but have to pay for it.
Love the brand but this shipment policy is completely different from market practice (especially in Covid time). Will never buy again.

“The jacket I ordered for my husband for Christmas is of lovely quality and the item came so promptly considering it was coming from England to Canada. Very impressed.”
